Curated by Angela Kingston, 3 am: wonder, paranoia and the restless night brought together the work of 22 artists whose work explores this extraordinary nocturnal hour, capturing and commenting on the activity of those who utilize its time. Photography is prominent in exhibition and the essay “Exposing the Night” considers the historical context of the medium which uses light to conjure images from the dark.
